Job Summary:
**Members Only**, a global leader in payments and technology, is seeking a proactive and experienced lawyer to join their legal team as a Sr. Associate Counsel for Product & Commercial. This full-time position offers the opportunity to make an impact and work with a purpose-driven organization, while supporting **Members Only**'s Value-Added Services organization.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with business teams to understand and achieve key business objectives
- Provide legal advice and counsel on transactional matters and corporate actions
- Draft, negotiate, and finalize complex commercial agreements
- Provide counseling and advice on product development and associated commercial considerations
- Review product related marketing and sales materials
- Manage regulatory support and assist in resolving regional and local issues
- Review externally facing documentation for compliance with laws and policies
- Coordinate and supervise outside counsel as needed

Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant work experience with a Bachelor's degree or 2+ years with an Advanced degree (. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) or 0 years with a PhD
- Valid license to practice law in the state where the job is located or ability to become registered in-house counsel
- Prior experience in payments, financial services, technology, or fintech industries
- Ability to provide balanced advice and drive execution in a team environment
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively with business clients at all levels
- Strong problem-solving and business acumen skills
- Transactional background with experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements
- Working knowledge of privacy and competition laws
