Job Description Summary:

The Senior Legal Counsel - BCDC will play a key role in providing legal guidance and support for **Members Only**'s Blockchain, Crypto and Digital Currencies (BCDC) business unit. This includes advising on legal implications of potential commercial transactions, developing policies and training, addressing regulatory questions, and representing the company's interests with regulatory agencies and external counsel.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal guidance and support for BCDC products, features, and services
- Advise on legal implications of potential transactions, products, and experiences
- Develop BCDC-related policies, training, and toolkits
- Address regulatory questions and stay updated on legal and regulatory developments
- Coordinate with international legal colleagues for BCDC initiatives outside of the United States
- Assist the Government Relations team in evaluating and responding to regulatory notices and requests for comment
- Represent **Members Only**'s interests and interface with regulatory agencies, enforcement authorities, and external counsel as needed

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience practicing as an attorney with at least 2 years focused on financial technology, payment systems, digital assets, and financial regulation
- Understanding of digital asset ecosystems and frameworks preferred
