Job Responsibilities:
The Receptionist at the law firm serves as the initial point of contact for clients, playing a pivotal role in ensuring a positive experience for all who interact with the firm. Key responsibilities include:
- Answering incoming calls and responding to voicemail and website inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Scheduling calls and meetings, as well as managing the calendar and deadlines for the firm.
- Communicating effectively on behalf of the attorney, ensuring clear and concise information is relayed.
- Scanning and filing documents accurately to maintain organized records.
- Preparing and sending letters as needed.
- Entering notes, time, and expenses into the case management system to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Generating and sending client invoices, and receiving and entering payments.
- Opening and closing the office as part of daily operations.
Education and Experience Information:
While specific educational qualifications are not detailed, prior office experience, particularly in a law firm or similar environment, is preferred. The role requires certain personal attributes and skills, including:
