Job Title: Service Desk Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support via tele,000. Salary will be commensurate with experience in this role.

Working Conditions:
- On-call availability and periodic overtime may be required.
- Extended periods of sitting.
- Dexterity of hands and fingers needed to operate a computer keyboard, mouse, and other computer components.
- Occasional inspection of cables in floors and ceilings.
- Lifting and transporting moderately heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
- Normal office environment with little exposure to excessive noise, dust, temperature, and similar conditions.
