Job Title: System Administrator
Job Responsibilities:
The System Administrator at the law firm is an essential member of the IT administrative team tasked with managing and maintaining the firm's desktop environment and remote access operations. The primary responsibilities include:
- Deploying and managing desktop applications using SCCM (or equivalent tools), Group Policy, and login scripts.
- Building, managing, and maintaining desktop images, including monthly refreshes and remote access environments.
- Providing Tier 2 support for escalated Help Desk tickets, ensuring timely resolution and excellent service.
- Overseeing software update processes, automated deployments, and conflict resolution.
- Monitoring and responding to security alerts and facilitating updates to servers and workstations.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the System Administrator position are required to have:
- A minimum of 7+ years of experience in system/network administration.
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
- Proficiency with Windows Server, Active Directory, SCCM, network security protocols, Microsoft 365, and network infrastructure.
