Job Title:
Workers' Compensation Legal Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide clerical assistance to paralegal and attorney
- Maintain workers' compensation files
- Communicate with clients, case managers, medical providers, and opposing counsel
- Answer phone calls
Education and Experience Information:
- Bi-lingual in English and Spanish is required
- 1+ years of experience in personal injury/workers' compensation is preferred
- Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Required:
- Must be well-organized and self-motivated
- Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize in accordance with changing deadlines and priorities
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced team environment
Salary Information:
- Pay: - per hour
