Law Firm in Washington, DC is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will support our internal, external, and digital communications efforts, as well as assist with business development for our federal government relations practice. This role requires exceptional writing skills, experience in marketing or communications, and a minimum of two years' experience in a similar role. If you are a proactive self-starter with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment, we want you on our team.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update government relations mailing lists in our CRM
- Draft marketing event invites and setup email campaigns
- Provide support for events including registration, RSVP updates, and on-site staffing
- Work with communications specialists to send out newsletters and client alerts
- Schedule and coordinate podcast recordings
- Update website content and marketing collateral
- Record and track business development opportunities in CRM
- Collaborate with team members and utilize departmental resources to support marketing efforts

Qualifications:
- Exceptional writing skills and experience with AP style
- Background in marketing, journalism, or communications preferred
- Minimum of two years' experience in a similar role
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact with professionals at all levels
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive self-starter with good judgment and problem-solving skills
- Team-oriented and collaborative mindset
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and ability to work outside of standard business hours if needed

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range of $55,000-$68,000
- Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k, and paid time off
- Overtime pay for hours worked above 40 per week
