Trademark Paralegal The candidate manages a complex trademark docket. Prepares trademark applications and other filings at the USPTO. Corresponds with law firms all over the world to prosecute and maintain foreign trademarks. Conducts research using the USPTO online database as well as Saegis and or other relevant research platforms to support the needs of the trademark clients. Performs basic factual research and investigation related to intellectual property and other due diligence as appropriate to support corporate transactions. Collects, organizes and maintains documents and files related to legal matters, including documents received from the client, opposing parties or other sources. Manages calendars, docket and tickler systems, and assists in meeting deadlines. Bachelor's degree is preferred. Should preferably have 3+ years of trademark prosecution experience. WebTMS software experience is preferred. International trademark experience is a plus. Paralegal Certification from an ABA accredited program is preferred.
