Job Title: Litigation Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all phases of litigation, including investigation, pleadings, and discovery through the pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal process.
- Support attorneys with all litigation cases.
- Maintain client communication.
- Process litigation correspondence such as mail, faxes, and emails.
- Communicate with court and defense counsel regarding case scheduling and deadlines.
- Draft pleadings for attorney modification and review.
- Send subpoenas, FOIAs, spoliation letters, and other correspondence necessary for investigation and litigation.
- Coordinate process service for legal filings.
- Schedule depositions, hearings, and other case-related appointments.
- Draft medical chronologies and statement of damages for attorney review.
- Perform high-level legal research.
- Assist in trial preparation.
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

Education and Experience Information:
- 2+ years of prior litigation paralegal experience required.
- Associate’s degree or higher education in legal or related field preferred.
- Highly efficient with computers and software including Microsoft Office applications and case management software.
- Typing speed of at least 65 wpm.
- Ability to successfully pass a background check.
- Additional desired qualification: Bilingual in English/Spanish.

Salary Information:
