Job Title: Immigration Paralegal

Job Responsibilities:
- Demonstrate expertise in procedural and processing requirements for various business non-immigrant and immigrant visa petitions and applications. This includes but is not limited to H, L, TN, O, E, PERM, I-140, AOS, among others.
- Exhibit proficiency in procedural and processing requirements for other visa petitions and applications, such as K-1, I-130, N-400, DACA, etc.
- Independently analyze case documents and prepare immigration applications for attorney review and submission.
- Take ownership of the case docket, ensuring timely communication with clients and attorneys.
- Stay up to date with immigration developments and share information with the team.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor's degree is preferred, or equivalent training, education, and experience.
- Previous experience in preparing business immigration applications is required. This includes a demonstrated understanding of visa petitions such as H, L, TN, O, E, PERM, I-140, AOS, K-1, I-130, N-400, DACA, etc.
- Experience with other types of immigration matters is considered a plus.
- Candidates should possess excellent multitasking and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities are essential.
- The ability to work independently and meet deadlines while handling a high volume of cases is necessary.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with diverse professionals are required.
