Job Title: Client Support Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
The Client Support Specialist is responsible for working directly with the client manager(s) to support the team on various tasks, including stop light items, reporting, projects, and some emails. Key responsibilities include:
- Handling Stop Light tasks.
- Managing specific client emails to provide status requests and updates within the required periods.
- Working through the daily exception list from the client or law firm.
- Processing correspondence and media from the client.
- Interacting effectively with employees from various departments, sub-departments, members of management, and client contacts.
- Escalating trending issues to the appropriate parties.
- Serving as a back-up to the client manager.
- Preparing daily end-of-day reports outlining accomplishments, issues, and any call-outs.
Education and Experience:
The position requires 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role within a legal, banking, or business field. Proficiency in Excel is a must.
