Job Responsibilities
The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in supporting the Executive Committee and other senior management within the law firm in a fast-paced legal environment. Responsibilities include managing complex calendars and scheduling meetings, handling sensitive client and internal communications and correspondence, and overseeing the seamless coordination of the executive management and legal calendars for busy law firm leaders. The role also involves coordinating travel arrangements and expense reports, organizing and maintaining digital and physical filing systems, taking detailed meeting notes, and distributing action items. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.

Education and Experience Information
A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred for the Executive Assistant position. Candidates should have at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a law firm environment. Required knowledge, skills, and abilities include a professional demeanor, outstanding interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written), the ability to exercise appropriate judgment regarding sensitive confidential matters, and outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail. A strong knowledge of iManage and Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.) is also necessary. Candidates should be capable of working independently and thriving as part of a team.

Salary Information
The reasonably expected pay scale for the Executive Assistant position, with 3 or more years of experience, is $110,000 - $125,000 annually, non-exempt. The actual salary within that range will depend on the selected candidate’s location and experience. The law firm encourages all interested candidates to apply.

Work Environment
The Executive Assistant position operates in a professional office environment. The role requires prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Standard working hours are from 8:30 . to 5:00 ., comprising a workweek.
