Job Title: Tax Mergers and Acquisition (Tax M&A) - Director
Job Responsibilities:
- Define and communicate the strategic vision for the Federal M&A team.
- Drive business growth through innovative tax advisory services.

Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- 6 years of experience.
- A Juris Doctorate (JD), Master of Laws (LLM), or Master’s degree in Accounting or Taxation field of study considered in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting.
- CPA, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Salary Information:
The salary range for this position is $140,900 - $434,000, plus individuals may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will depend upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. The company offers a wide range of benefits, including medical, dental, vision, 401k, holiday pay, vacation, personal and family sick leave, and more.
