Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration/Management, Economics, Finance, or International Business is required.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a relevant field is required.
- Candidates must demonstrate that they meet the minimum requirements for CPA licensures per respective state regulations.

Preferred Qualifications:
- A Master's Degree in Economics, Finance, or Public Administration is preferred.
- Professional certifications such as CPA, Member of the Bar, American Society of Appraisers, Chartered Financial Analyst, or Chartered Institute of Management Accountants are preferred.
- Knowledge of transfer pricing concepts and financial transactions is highly desirable.
- Experience in managing functional analysis interviews and performing market studies and industry research is beneficial.
- Ability to design and develop financial models is advantageous.
- Proficiency in automation and digitization in tax services is a plus.
- Experience in pricing, client relationships, and negotiation processes is valuable.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Transfer Pricing Senior Associate position is $77,000 - $214,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. The actual compensation within this range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
