Job Title: Corporate Tax Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coach teams to deliver top-quality tax services, ensuring compliance with tax laws and regulations.
- Manage client service accounts and drive engagement workstreams, overseeing successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion of projects.
- Solve complex problems and develop innovative solutions by leveraging technical knowledge and industry insights.
- Drive digitization, automation, and increased efficiencies to optimize tax positions and minimize risks of non-compliance.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging team members to develop skills outside their comfort zones.
- Maintain deliverables that meet both client and firm standards, ensuring quality, timelines, and deliverables are collectively owned.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance delivery and embrace technology and innovation.
- Address conflicts or issues by engaging in difficult conversations with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, escalating where appropriate.
- Uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, the firm's code of conduct, and independence requirements.
Education and Experience Information:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
- A minimum of 4 years of experience in tax services or related fields.
- CPA, Member of the Bar, or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $266,000, with eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus.
- Actual compensation within the range will depend on the individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws.
