Job Title: Paralegal, Corporate Auto Claims
Job Responsibilities:
The Paralegal for Corporate Auto Claims at the company plays a crucial role in operational risk improvements, specifically within the Corporate Auto Team. The position involves working with the company's Defense Counsel on managing and litigating complex bodily injury (BI) claims associated with the company's expanding worldwide delivery fleet. Key responsibilities include:
- Utilizing analytics, metrics, and benchmarking to evaluate trends and make recommendations for process improvements and performance management of outside counsel and third-party administrator (TPA) partners handling litigated BI cases.
- Coordinating and supporting ongoing litigation and responding to internal legal inquiries.
- Collaborating closely with internal teams to strategize on streamlining processes and finding solutions to enhance processes related to litigation tasks.
- Partnering with internal customers to identify and preserve discovery items and evidence.
- Acting as a liaison between outside counsel, Risk/Legal Managers, and internal stakeholders in gathering documentation needed for discovery requests.
- Supporting risk managers and internal and external stakeholders on discovery processes.
- Performing other litigation management tasks as required.
- Some travel may be necessary for this role.
Education and Experience Information:
The position requires the following educational background and experience:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent is required.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a paralegal handling auto liability litigation, with a strong understanding of the litigation process.

Salary Information:
The compensation for this position reflects the cost of labor across various US geographic markets. The base pay ranges from $66,800 per year in the lowest geographic market to $142,800 per year in the highest geographic market. Pay is determined by factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The company is a total compensation company, meaning that, depending on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package.
