Job Responsibilities
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance Auditor to support our ongoing commitment to operational excellence and regulatory compliance. This role is essential in helping ensure that our legal services meet internal standards, client expectations, and industry regulations.

The key responsibilities include:
- Performing regular audits of client files in accordance with firm protocols and client-specific requirements.
- Accurately documenting audit findings in the firm's document management system on a daily basis.
- Developing and maintaining audit checklists, incorporating updates based on changes in laws, client expectations, or firm policies.
- Drafting and revising work instructions to support checklist implementation and ensure consistent application.
- Analyzing and reviewing audit nonconformances with division management on a weekly basis.
- Participating in quarterly meetings with assigned division leadership, either in person or via teleconference, to discuss trends and improvement opportunities.

Education and Experience Information
Requirements for this role include:
- Comprehensive understanding of collections practices, FDCPA regulations, law firm policies, and standard operating procedures.
- Strong written communication skills, with excellent spelling and grammar.
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to collaborate with management and staff to assess processes and recommend internal control enhancements.
- Familiarity with the legal industry and relevant regulatory requirements applicable to the firm’s areas of practice.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
