Job Title: Legal Administrative Assistant

Job Responsibilities:
As a Legal Administrative Assistant at the law firm, your primary responsibilities will include a range of tasks essential to the functioning of the legal department. These tasks are designed to support the legal team and ensure the smooth operation of the office. Responsibilities include:

- Documenting account and file activity in accordance with the law firm and client policies into the firm's system of record, ensuring that all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Generating pleadings and other legal documents for attorney review, assisting in the preparation of legal proceedings.
- Filing documents with the courts using both traditional and electronic filing methods, ensuring timely and accurate submission.
- Performing general clerical duties such as data entry, scanning, photocopying, collating, and faxing, contributing to the efficiency of office operations.
- Undertaking all other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to take on various tasks as needed.

Education and Experience Information:
