Corporate Paralegal The candidate will assist with all stages of corporate formations/organizations, the preparation for and closing of various corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions and real estate transactions. Maintain corporate records, obtain necessary corporate documents, and draft, review, and file deeds for real estate transactions. Handle all aspects of corporate governance filings for corporations/entities, including preparing tax filings.
