Job Title: Bankruptcy Intake Processor

Job Responsibilities:
- Open and review high volumes of new Legal Referrals using the law firm's internal case management software.
- Download corresponding documents from client systems and PACER.
- Evaluate referrals for necessary information and documents in accordance with client, court, and judge requirements to proceed with the file.
- Request and follow up on any missing information or documents needed to proceed with the file.
- Forward complete files to the appropriate department or attorney to ensure timely and proper handling.
- Assist with additional projects as needed.

Education and Experience Information:
- High school diploma required.
- Prior bankruptcy experience preferred but not required.
- Must be self-motivated and capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to effectively and accurately open and review high volumes of new referrals.
- Must have the ability to communicate with coworkers, attorneys, and other staff members regarding files.
- Ability to interpret client systems is essential.
- Proficiency in software tools including Word, Excel, Outlook, and the Internet is required.
- Must be organized and multi-task oriented.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are a must.

Salary Information:
- Pay Type: Hourly
