Are you detail-oriented with a strong ability to identify and resolve issues? Do you have experience leading a high volume data entry processing team? If so, our law firm is seeking an Advanced Cost Management Specialist to join our Finance & Accounting Department in Boca Raton, Florida. In this role, you will have the opportunity to immerse yourself in the day-to-day operations of our prestigious legal group and make a positive impact on our organization.

As an Advanced Cost Management Specialist, you will be responsible for creating new accounts payable processes, maintaining client directives and vendor accounts, and providing reconciliations and oversight for vendor invoices, statements, and credit card receipts. You will also ensure timely payments to vendors, obtain approvals from attorneys and management, and enforce AP policies and procedures.

To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of five years of progressive accounting experience and be highly proficient in MS Excel. You should also have strong communication skills and the ability to work independently and make sound decisions while meeting time-sensitive deadlines. Additionally, a degree in accounting or equivalent education/experience is required.
