Job Title: Immigration Paralegal – Consular Processing Focus
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage post-approval processing for family and employment-based petitions.
- Work directly with . embassies/consulates and the National Visa Center (NVC).
- Review reciprocity schedules and prepare/document country-specific requirements.
- Assist with DS-160/DS-260 completion, interview scheduling, and emergency appointment requests.
- Track and coordinate client timelines for medical exams, visa interviews, and document collection.
- Communicate with clients and foreign nationals professionally and promptly.
Education and Experience Information:
- 3–5 years of experience in consular processing and employment-based immigration.
- Familiarity with USCIS, NVC, and DOS procedures.
- Exceptional writing and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and handle a high-volume caseload.
- Must be available to work during PST business hours.

Preferred Experience:
- Experience with O-1, NIW, and EB-1 petitions.
- Prior remote legal work experience.
Salary Information:
- Pay: per hour.
- Job Type: Part-time or Full-time (Flexible depending on experience).
- Schedule: 8 hour shift, Monday to Friday.
- The minimum and maximum salary is per hour.
