Job Responsibilities:
The Attorney will be responsible for handling a variety of compelling and interesting personal injury litigation cases on both a local and national level. The focus will be on catastrophic injury and wrongful death cases, including areas such as malpractice, trucking, and products liability. The role will involve conducting depositions, participating in trials, and writing briefs. The attorney is expected to demonstrate a high level of professionalism, integrity, and courtesy in all interactions. They must be proficient with legal technology and practice management tools, possess strong organizational skills, and have the ability to follow through on tasks. The attorney should be highly motivated, resourceful, and capable of driving matters to conclusion. Excellent writing and oral advocacy skills are crucial. The role also requires experience in working within a team environment, the ability to take direction, and the capacity to exhibit leadership.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates must have admission to the bar in at least one state. Experience with catastrophic injuries and wrongful death cases, including malpractice, trucking, and products liability, is preferred. Additional preferred experience includes deposition, trial, and brief writing.

Work Location/Hours:
Remote work is permitted, with frequent meetings conducted via Zoom or Teams. While depositions and hearings may often be conducted virtually, some in-person appearances may be required. The position demands a full-time professional effort, which may include evening and weekend work, particularly for less experienced attorneys.
