This is a great opportunity for a recent law school graduate or an attorney with 1-2 years of experience looking to join a dynamic and growing law firm. The Junior Litigation Attorney will play a crucial role in supporting our trial lawyers and assisting in all aspects of a case before it goes into litigation. This includes conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and assisting with discovery and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent writing and research skills, and a passion for fighting for consumer rights.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist trial lawyers in all aspects of case preparation before litigation
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings and motions
- Assist with discovery and trial preparation
- Participate in client meetings and court appearances as needed
Requirements:

- Admission to the Pennsylvania bar or ability to waive in
- 1-2 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably on the plaintiff side
- Strong academic background
- Excellent writing and research skills
- Passion for fighting for consumer rights
