The Junior Litigation Attorney will play a crucial role in supporting our trial lawyers and assisting in all aspects of a case before it goes into litigation. This includes conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and assisting with discovery and trial preparation. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background, excellent writing and research skills, and a passion for fighting for consumer rights.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
