Paralegal The candidate will draft standard pleadings including answers, third party summonses and complaints, combined discovery demands, stipulations, motions to compel discovery/dismiss for failing to comply, EBT notices, and orders. Processes and follow up on authorizations for the receipt of medical, employment, tax, FOIL and other records. Review and summarize medical records. Summarize transcripts. Trial and EBT preparation. Communicate with experts/IMEs. Bachelor's degree is required, Paralegal certificate is preferred. Should have 2+ years of litigation paralegal experience. Experience with medical malpractice and personal injury is preferred. Trial experience is desired.
