Job Title: Conflicts Analyst

Job Responsibilities:
The Conflicts Analyst at the law firm is tasked with managing all conflicts-related functions during the initial intake of new clients and matters, as well as producing the conflict results report. This role involves coordinating and documenting the resolution of potential conflicts of interest. Key responsibilities include:

- Processing conflict searches for new client and new matter requests promptly.
- Conducting detailed corporate research using various search resources, including the analysis, interpretation, and application of information from recent press releases and historical references to entities.
- Reviewing Intapp Open workflow requests to ensure that all key information is included for appropriate processing.
- Providing a detailed review of the Conflict Results Report to identify true potential conflicts based on established team guidelines.
- Conducting necessary research to determine the materiality of potential conflicts when appropriate.
- Researching the Conflicts Database and other firm documents to ensure appropriate conflicts resolution.
- Contacting the appropriate request stakeholders to clear potential conflicts.
- Communicating daily with the Manager regarding the resolution of potential conflicts of interest or any areas of concern relevant to pending requests.
- Documenting and organizing documentation regarding the resolution of potential conflicts of interest thoroughly.
- Maintaining telephone and personal contact with attorneys and staff on conflict of interest matters.
- Tracking the status of outstanding or ongoing Work Flow requests.
- Handling special projects assigned by the Director of Conflicts Operations and Conflicts Managers.

Education and Experience Information:
- A High School Diploma or GED is required; a 2- or 4-year degree is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience is required, preferably in a professional services environment.
- Previous experience with Intapp is required.
- The ability to organize and prioritize numerous tasks and complete them under time constraints is necessary.
- The ability to perform effectively with moderate supervision and within established time limits and ongoing deadlines.
- The ability to interact effectively and professionally and provide exceptional service.
- The ability to respond to requests requiring analysis and decision-making for new clients/matter processing.

Salary Information:
Compensation for the Conflicts Analyst position at the law firm is commensurate with skill and experience, varying based on location and other factors permitted by law. The expected compensation ranges for this position in various states and jurisdictions are as follows:

- State of California: $53,000 - $102,000
- State of Colorado: $49,000 - $88,000
- State of Illinois: $48,000 - $94,000
- State of Massachusetts: $53,000 - $102,000
- State of Maryland: $52,000 - $78,000
- State of Minnesota: $53,000 - $88,000
- Jersey City, NJ: $58,000 - $105,000
- State of New York: $50,000 - $107,000
- State of Washington: $52,000 - $98,000
- Washington, .: $69,000 - $101,000

These salaries do not include a discretionary bonus, which is non-guaranteed and dependent upon individual and firm performance.
