- Utilize extensive knowledge of Dallas Metro counties’ judicial procedures as well as surrounding counties
- Conduct thorough research and analysis of statutes, legal codes, and judicial decisions
- Prepare a wide range of legal documents, such as briefs, contracts, parenting plans, custody orders, and more
- Coordinate hearings and appointments, manage client calls, and draft routine correspondence
- File and organize legal documents and correspondence
Qualifications:
- Completion of an ABA-Approved paralegal program preferred
- 7+ years of Paralegal experience, with a focus on family law
- Proficiency in legal software
- Empathy and a genuine desire to support others
- Strong team player with a positive and collaborative attitude
Compensation: $86,000 – $98,000
