Orrick, a leading global law firm, is currently seeking an Associate with 3-6 years of experience in energy and/or infrastructure M&A and joint ventures. This is a regular full-time position with the opportunity to work in Houston, Austin, San Francisco, New York, or Washington, .

Responsibilities:

- Join the Orrick Energy and Infrastructure M&A team and represent a variety of market participants in M&A and joint venture transactions across the energy and infrastructure sector
- Work with a talented and integrated global team of over 150 attorneys
- Contribute to Orrick's market-leading Energy and Infrastructure practice

Qualifications:

- 3-6 years of experience in energy and/or infrastructure M&A and joint ventures
- Highly motivated and possess excellent academic credentials
- Superior communication skills
- Membership to the State Bar of the office of the state in which the candidate expects to be located is required
