Law firm Manatt, Phelps & Phillips is seeking a Client Arrangement Specialist to support their billing and accounts receivable department. The specialist will be responsible for implementing client fee arrangements and adhering to outside counsel guidelines, as well as identifying opportunities for process improvement. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $75,000-$90,000 and a comprehensive benefits package.
The responsibilities of the Client Arrangement Specialist include reviewing rate change requests, analyzing and communicating client fee arrangements and billing requirements, collaborating with various departments to build tools and define fee arrangements, and conducting audits of billing practices. The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree, at least two years of related work experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with legal billing and accounting software and electronic billing systems is preferred.
