Paralegal/Legal Assistant The candidate will be maintaining attorney calendars and Scheduling client meetings. Client communication, telephone and e?mail, relationship cultivation, and service. Preparation and drafting of trust and estate documents and correspondence. Proofreading and organization of documents for presentation or delivery to clients. Administrative tasks (scanning files, making copies, e?mail communication, and answering phones). Tracking and assisting with deadlines. Assisting with the drafting of more sophisticated estate planning documents, deeds, powers of attorney, and other related documents. Assisting with Trust and Estate administration after the death of a party. Assisting with Probate filings and preparation and service of notices and pleadings. Should preferably have a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of experience in Microsoft Office. Should have exceptional oral and written communication skills. Should have proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and WordPerfect and/or Word. Should have proficiency in Should have excellent proofreading skills. Should have exceptional organizational and file management skills. Should be the deadline and detail?oriented. Should have excellent teamwork and collaboration skills. Should be a self?motivated and positive attitude. Should have a strong willingness to learn and the ability to interpret and follow instructions quickly and efficiently.
