Job Title: Associate Attorneys
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead civil litigation matters, primarily focusing on personal injury and complex torts, from the initial client intake through to resolution.
- Draft high-level legal documents including pleadings, motions, briefs, and discovery materials.
- Represent clients in various legal settings, such as court appearances, depositions, mediations, and arbitrations.
- Develop legal strategies for cases involving Civil RICO, privacy, and high-profile injury matters.
- Utilize AI-powered tools for conducting research, managing cases, and reviewing documents.
- Collaborate with experienced attorneys and litigation specialists across the nation.
- Prepare for trials and contribute to achieving precedent-setting legal outcomes.
Education and Experience Information:
- Juris Doctor (.) degree from an accredited law school is required.
- Must be licensed and in good standing with the Illinois State Bar.
- Preferably have 2–4 years of experience in civil litigation, with personal injury, commercial, or federal litigation experience being a plus.
- Possess strong writing, research, and advocacy skills.
- Exhibit a fearless attitude, strategic mindset, and a strong commitment to winning cases.
- Be comfortable with AI tools and legal technology, or be ready to learn quickly.
