Job Title: Commercial Litigation Attorney

Job Responsibilities:
- Handle a wide range of civil litigation matters involving cutting-edge topics and sophisticated clients.
- Engage in commercial litigation, professional liability, products liability, construction defect, insurance defense/coverage, workers compensation, class actions, torts, breach of contract, breach of warranty, and personal injury.
- Demonstrate initiative and assume responsibility for complex and sophisticated legal matters.
- Work as part of a large, collaborative team, participating in direct client interaction.
- Participate in formal mentorship, training, and development programs for associates.

Education and Experience Information:
- A minimum of three years of civil litigation experience is required.
- Experience in labor and employment is considered a plus.
- Candidates must demonstrate outstanding writing, research, and analytical skills.
- Strong academic credentials are necessary.
- Candidates must be licensed to practice law and in good standing in Illinois.

Salary Information:
- The salary range for this position is between $115,000 and $190,000.
