Workers Compensation Attorney - Indiana

We are currently seeking a Workers Compensation Attorney to join our growing department in Indiana.

Responsibilities:

- Handle and support a heavy and complex case-load of workers compensation cases from pre-litigation to trial
- Draft and file litigation documents, including pleadings, discovery requests, motions, and memorandums
- Guide clients through the case process and provide excellent client service
- Interact with expert witnesses and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances

Qualifications:

- Law degree from a fully accredited law school
- Active member in good standing with the State Bar Association
- Minimum 2+ years of workers compensation experience
- Experience with wage and hour claims is a plus
- Ability to manage a high volume of pre-lit and litigation cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter with long-term career goals
- Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
