Job Title: Patent Docket Specialist

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of patent docketing experience preferred
Law Firm MoFo is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Patent Docket Specialist to join our Patent Support team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong background in docketing who is looking to take the next step in their career with a top-rated law firm.
Responsibilities:
- Accurately docket incoming US Patent Trademark Office and foreign filing mail into docketing database
- Ensure exemplary client service to all internal and external clients
- Act as a resource to attorneys and staff, providing docketing guidance and expertise
- Review outgoing filings and forecast and enter next action
- Collaborate closely with department members to ensure that client reports are formatted and prepared to meet client needs
- Participate in special projects involving docket function or that require docket expertise
- Provide in-depth, detailed, and analytical research on docket-related issues and questions
- Scrupulously review all work product to ensure highest accuracy
- Actively prioritize work responding to deadlines and changing critical needs
Qualifications:
- Minimum three to five years of patent docketing experience preferred
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively and prioritize under pressure
- Advanced analytical and information gathering skills
- A highly proactive, solution-oriented approach to work and team interaction
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office programs

Salary Information:
- New York, San Francisco, Palo Alto: $70k to $104k
- Los Angeles, San Diego, Washington .: $65k to $98k
- Denver: $61k to $91k
