Job Title: Manager, Billing

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage US Billing staff and provide support for foreign Accounts staff.
- Oversee the workflow and staffing levels of the firm's Billing staff.
- Prepare for and participate in semi-annual reviews of the billing team.
- Supervise Billing Specialists' communications with both internal and external customers.
- Assist in the recruitment, development, and training of billing team members.
- Conduct technical training for the team.
- Oversee the month-end reporting process.
- Monitor e-billing submissions to ensure successful submission of the firm’s billing and troubleshoot to resolve advanced errors.
- Facilitate and monitor year-end rate increases with outside electronic billing vendors, ensuring validity.
- Consult on and test upgrades and new product implementations.
- Provide assistance with 3E and Ideate systems.
- Manage process overflow and specialized billing for attorneys across all practice groups.

Education and Experience Information:
- Minimum of 5 years of legal billing experience.
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Knowledge of electronic billing vendors and e-billing technology; familiarity with 3E software is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to multi-task, set priorities, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities, including acting as a team leader and operating well under pressure.
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and delegate tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations.
- Capability to anticipate and analyze potential problems, prioritize concerns, and make informed decisions.

Salary Information:
This is a full-time, regular position with a comprehensive health benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage. The firm also provides life insurance, short-term disability plans, retirement plans, holidays, and paid time off. The firm offers hybrid work schedules that combine in-office and remote work days. The pay range for this position is as follows:
- Atlanta, Chicago, Dallas, and Houston: $97,600 to $146,400 annually.
- Denver: $117,300 to $175,900 annually.
