Business Immigration Paralegal The candidate should have 2 years experience as a Business Immigration Paralegal (EB1, EB2 (NIW), EB3, EB5, O1, and L1). Ability to manage high volume of cases. Strong research, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills, and detail-oriented. Able to work well under pressure and deadlines. Must be fluent in Portuguese. Will handle Legal research. Draft legal documents, reports and letters. Correspond with clients and assist them in gathering evidence. Fill out immigration forms.
