Job Title: Senior Analyst, Operational Excellence

Job Responsibilities:
The Senior Analyst, Operational Excellence is responsible for spearheading continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives within the law firm’s Technology & Innovation Group, also known as the Blue Team. This role requires managing cross-department collaboration by overseeing process workflow and systems improvement projects. The Senior Analyst will design, document, and enhance effective business processes, as well as monitor and identify operational pain points and issues. Key responsibilities include:

- Providing hands-on support in executing strategic goals and road mapping, offering oversight and guidance to key stakeholders.
- Driving senior leadership reporting and cultivating trusting relationships while engaging stakeholders across the program.
- Designing, developing, and deploying data-driven program performance and efficiency metrics and dashboards that communicate key analytical findings, outcomes, and insights to business stakeholders.

Education and Experience Information:
Candidates for the Senior Analyst, Operational Excellence position must possess:

- A . or . degree, with a Master’s degree (or equivalent) preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy & operations, project management, product management, analytics, or related fields.
- A consistent track record of collecting, synthesizing, analyzing, and interpreting both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Six Sigma Certification (at least Yellow Belt) and/or a Certificate in Editing is preferred.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- An ability to consistently deliver quality outputs in a fast-paced environment, meeting tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail, determination, and results-oriented mindset.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills suitable for both VP-level and mid-level stakeholders.
- Executive presence and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams across numerous stakeholders.
- Critical thinking skills and the ability to perform well under pressure and ambiguous situations.

Salary Information:
The salary range for the Senior Analyst, Operational Excellence position is $80,000 - $110,000 per year. This range represents the minimum and maximum salary that the law firm, in good faith, believes it is willing to pay for the advertised position at the time of posting. Exact compensation will be determined based on individual candidate qualifications and location.
