Job Title: Entry Level Attorney

Job Responsibilities:

- Draft, review, and file legal documents such as Summons & Complaint and Dispositive Motions, along with other relevant responsive pleadings.
- The role may require travel to local state courts to appear for settlement conferences, status conferences, and other dispositive motions/hearings.
- Appear on settlement conferences, status conferences, and other dispositive motions/hearings as part of the legal proceedings.

Education and Experience Information:

- Applicants must be admitted or pending admission in New York.
- Excellent written, oral communication, and research skills are essential for the role.
- While prior lender-side default services experience is considered a plus, it is not a mandatory requirement.

Salary Information:

- The compensation for the position is $60,000 pre-admission and $65,000 post-admission.
