The Role:
As an associate in our Business Restructuring, Creditors’ Rights and Bankruptcy practice, you will have the opportunity to work on a broad range of matters and represent a variety of clients, including borrowers and other debtors, secured lenders and other lienholders, vendors and trade creditors, creditor committees, trustees, and other court-appointed fiduciaries. You will also have the chance to collaborate with our experienced attorneys who specialize in other areas of law, providing our clients with comprehensive legal services.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of experience in commercial bankruptcy and financial restructuring matters
- Admitted to practice in New York state
- . degree from an accredited law school
- Excellent academic credentials and communication skills
- Dedication to providing exceptional client service
