Paralegal The candidate will assist on civil litigation. Will manage Files. Procure, analyze and organize records and documents. Perform document review and summarize information. Draft communications with clients, insurance companies, expert witnesses and other parties. Draft pleadings and discovery. Prepare clients for depositions. Compliance and planning for litigation deadlines. Prepare Mediation Statements and Settlement Statements. Direct client contact via email and telephone. Summarize medical records and prepare reports. Must have civil litigation experience, the ability to communicate well with people, good writing skills, able to multi-task across a range of activities, and work in organized and independent manner: Associate Degree or Paralegal Certification is preferred. Should have 3+ years of experience.
