Job Title: Marketing Specialist

Job Responsibilities:
The Marketing Specialist at the law firm will play a crucial role in the Marketing & Business Development Department, focusing heavily on event planning and execution. Key responsibilities include:

- Supporting the Events Manager in planning and coordinating both onsite and offsite seminars and events.
- Coordinating the sponsorship and charitable request process, including handling advertising and logo materials.
- Assisting with the ticket request process for attorneys attending sporting and sponsorship events, including coordinating menus.
- Maintaining an inventory of promotional items and assisting with gift ordering.
- Accurately recording business development activities, events, and key client interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to aid in strategic relationship management and opportunity tracking.
- Supporting the creation, editing, and distribution of digital content across various platforms, including the website, social media, and email campaigns.
- Assisting with the coordination of regional and firm-wide communications initiatives, including project management of awards, rankings, and surveys, and supporting regional events as necessary.
- Assisting with maintaining the firm’s website, which includes updating content and managing attorney headshots.
- Assisting with updating the firm’s social media profiles and presence.
- Maintaining awareness and knowledge of competitors’ marketing efforts, reviewing research results, reading trade publications, and staying current with industry news.
- Collaborating with internal support groups and external agencies and suppliers to coordinate project timelines.
- Assisting with invoice processing, budget tracking, and results reporting.

Education and Experience Information:
Qualified applicants for the Marketing Specialist position should have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in marketing/communications or a related role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A detail-oriented approach with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Motivation, initiative, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Strong technical skills and experience with marketing technology platforms.
