As an IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and support of our Infrastructure escalations. This role requires expertise in Identity and Access Management platforms, PowerShell and MS Graph, and a strong focus on customer service. You will work directly with Okta and M365 for Identity and Access Management, automation tasks, and M365 tenant configuration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own escalation requests for IAM and Automation from User Support teams and Firm Staff
- Triage and resolve incidents and calls in real-time, providing end-to-end problem resolution
- Provide 24/7 support for critical production systems
- Manage and monitor Identity and Access controls through Okta and Entra/Active Directory
- Create, support, and maintain Okta configurations for business applications
- Enforce policies and settings using Conditional Access
- Provide technical support for application authentication and SSO setup through Okta
- Create, support, and maintain automation scripts for employee onboarding and offboarding, group and account management, and Active Directory processes
- Support and maintain PAM, PIM, and LPA technologies
- Assist in managing Active Directory and Entra ID
- Design and implement identity-first security strategies to enhance security and efficiency
- Ensure alignment with industry best practices and organizational security standards
- Maintain up-to-date systems documentation
- Maintain reliable and consistent attendance during scheduled work shifts, whether remote or hybrid
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience supporting Okta or other IAM Platforms
- 3+ years of experience supporting M365 Administration (Entra, Teams, OneDrive, Conditional Access)
- Exceptional automation skills using PowerShell and MS Gra,000.
