Job Title: Antitrust Litigation Associate

Job Responsibilities:
The Antitrust Litigation Associate will be involved in the firm's global competition practice, which includes a wide range of legal activities such as merger clearance, cartel investigations, private and government litigation, and compliance counseling. The associate will be expected to leverage their expertise in antitrust litigation, handling cases that may involve private actions, class actions, or government actions. A key responsibility is to contribute positively to a collaborative work environment while providing high-quality legal services to the firm's clients.

Education and Experience Information:
To qualify for the Antitrust Litigation Associate position, candidates must possess a degree and have three to four years of post-JD experience, not including judicial clerkships. The candidate must be licensed to practice law and be a member in good standing in the state or jurisdiction where the position is based. Successful candidates should demonstrate excellent writing skills, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative mindset.
