Responsibilities:
- Handle antitrust litigation cases, including private actions, class actions, and government actions
- Provide merger clearance, cartel investigation, and compliance counseling services
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute positively to a collaborative work environment
Requirements:
- Juris Doctor degree
- 3-4 years of post-JD experience, excluding judicial clerkships
- Licensed to practice law and in good standing in the state where the position is based
- Demonstrated experience in antitrust litigation
- Excellent writing and analytical skills
