Job Title: Information Technology Coach
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide personalized, expert-level technical support and coaching on firm applications, mobile devices, and IT security best practices to lawyers and staff.
- Develop a deep understanding of business processes and firm applications to enhance efficiency and client service.
- Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve technical problems and improve processes.
- Stay current with professional skills through training and continuing education, sharing knowledge with the team.
- Maintain high-quality standards and encourage growth and improvement within the team.
- Assess opportunities for application and process improvement, documenting rationale and sharing insights with leadership and other parties.
- Manage and triage incoming Service Desk tickets, providing timely follow-up and maintaining comprehensive ticket work notes.
- Provide Level II and III technical support, including troubleshooting and problem resolution for various technologies.
- Document support interactions and resolutions in the incident tracking database.
- Manage tasks from initiation to closure, setting expectations, communicating progress, and prioritizing tasks.
- Provide Service Desk call center backup for the IT Support Analyst team.
- Help attorneys and staff leverage existing technologies in their workflows, documenting successes.
- Maintain awareness of security measures and promote a culture of information security.
- Assist in determining and documenting support impacts of new technology and software upgrades.
- Coordinate hardware repair with vendors, monitor inventory, and maintain hardware and software inventories.
- Provide support for audio/visual needs within the local office, ensuring meeting setups and execution.
- Travel, provide after-hours support, and work non-business hours as necessary.
- Assist with special projects, tasks, and support as assigned.
Education and Experience Information:
Candidates should have a superior level of expertise in various applications and technology, along with expert technical and customer service skills. This position requires a deep understanding of business processes and firm applications, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to enhancing efficiency and client service.
Salary Information:
The annualized salary range for this position in Washington . is $84,000 to $96,000 ( hourly). Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full-time employees may also be eligible for a bonus and various benefits, including health insurance, dental and vision care, retirement contributions, tuition reimbursement, and more. Additional voluntary programs and commuter and transit benefits are available.
