Job Title: Entry Level Legal Administrative Assistant
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating meetings and events.
- Manage the conflict check process and electronically open new files.
- Transcribe dictated memos and letters.
- Perform general office duties.
- Utilize time management skills to track deadlines and ensure the completion of tasks based on priorities.
- Prepare and file legal documents with courts and other agencies as required.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information in accordance with legal standards.
Education and Experience Information:
- Strong writing and verbal communication skills are necessary for drafting correspondence, memos, and other legal documents.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
Salary Information:
- Pay: - per hour
- Expected hours: 40 per week
