Paralegal Salt Lake City, UT More Job With offices in Salt Lake City and St. George, Schatz Anderson & Associates is a well-established, local criminal defense firm specializing in DUI defense. We are an exceptionally team-oriented firm seeking another team member to fill an entry-level, full-time, hourly paralegal position in our Salt Lake office. No experience is needed. We will provide training. Responsibilities include: Managing a full caseload; answering incoming calls; assisting clients; maintaining electronic and physical client files; scheduling client meetings, court, and other hearings; preparing legal documents and correspondence; and communicating with courts and other public agencies. Skills required: You must: be well-organized, proficient in prioritizing tasks and switching between tasks; be able to handle fast-paced, sometimes stressful situations appropriately; be detail-oriented; maintain confidentiality; be professional with clients and coworkers; and work well with our team. You must have: excellent client relations and interpersonal skills; strong computer skills with Microsoft Office and the internet; and strong phone skills. Knowledge of the criminal justice system, QuickBooks skills, and Spanish language ability are pluses. Schedule: An 8-hour shift from 8:00 to 5:00, Monday through Friday.
