Responsibilities

As a Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for conducting sales calls with potential clients and coordinating meetings and calls with the intake team and firm owner. You will also provide fee agreements to new clients and ensure a smooth handoff to the appropriate legal assistant. Additionally, you will engage with clients to ensure they receive top-notch service and provide regular sales reports to the firm owner. Other responsibilities include reviewing calls, attending meetings, following up on leads, and networking on behalf of the firm.
