Job Title: Client Services Project Director

Job Responsibilities:
The Project Director, Client Services is responsible for serving as the Service Delivery point of contact on project work. Key responsibilities include:
- Owning projects that require senior-level knowledge, assistance, and direction.
- Defining a project staffing plan that encompasses project requirements and milestones.
- Demonstrating subject matter expertise on Client ECA and custom review tools such as **Members Only** Analytics, Relativity Analytics, Intelligent Voice, Nexidia, and other relevant applications or services.
- Coordinating activities of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to ensure services are delivered in accordance with best practices and client expectations.
- Acting as the primary liaison with key client representatives and owning the service delivery for assigned client projects.
- Collaborating with Business Development Managers to ensure all assigned client accounts have a completed Client Services account plan.
- Ensuring new team members are instructed on project requirements.
- Working with clients to establish best practices and addressing any prioritization issues that arise.
- Managing and reporting to clients on budget and financial status.
- Meeting regularly with assigned Project Managers and Senior Project Managers to ensure client and project requirements are met.
- Instilling confidence in clients and serving as the public face of the company’s high-quality service delivery.
- Delivering proactive communication with clients and acting as the initial point of escalation when necessary.
- Managing the seamless onboarding of new clients and projects upon the completion of the sales process.

Education and Experience Information:
- A Bachelor’s (BA) degree is required. A Juris Doctorate (JD) degree, Masters of Business Administration (MBA), or similar advanced degree is a plus.
- A minimum of seven (7) years of consulting, litigation support, attorney, or paralegal experience in a law firm, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service provider is required.
- A deep understanding of eDiscovery and the litigation support industry, typically gained through at least five to seven (5-7) years in relevant positions with law firms, corporate legal departments, or eDiscovery service providers.
- Proven leadership and staff development skills to motivate and provide professional growth opportunities for team members.
- Demonstrated success in managing multiple simultaneous projects.
- Strong oral and written communication skills providing a confident executive presence.
- Excellent client relationship skills, including proactive management of client expectations and adapting company capabilities to meet client requirements.
- Solid understanding of database design and management, data processing activities, and legal document review requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively control all aspects of a project from initial planning through final production, direct multiple project teams, oversee development of project plans, balance client requirements, and review financial and billing information to ensure deadlines are consistently met.

Salary Information:
The compensation range for this role is $150, to $175, USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Specific salary determination will be based on several factors, including:
- Location-based market rate for the role.
- Abilities in relation to the job specification.
- Performance during screening and interview.
- Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location.
