Law firm Greenspoon Marder is seeking a Controller to oversee financial operations in any of our multiple office locations. This is a senior level position with a competitive salary and excellent benefits package.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee accounting department and ensure accurate and timely financial reports
- Develop and maintain internal controls for compliance with laws and regulations
- Monitor and analyze financial performance and create reports for firm leadership
- Manage daily treasury operations and prepare government filings
- Support month-end and year-end close process

Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role at a company of equal size
- Law firm or professional services experience preferred but not required
- CPA preferred but not required
